Dosa: different varieties - (Spicy Indian Pancake). Dosa's are made from naturally fermented lentil and rice-made into a think pancake and topped with different toppings of choive like vegetables,Potato filling,Panner (indian cottage cheese), chutneys(sauces). The Dosa's are vegan and gluten free. The compliments like sauces may contain allergens like milk, and nuts.

Dosas are a typical South Indian staple consisting of crepes made from fermented rice and lentils, accompanied with sides such as sambar (a tangy lentil soup with vegetables) and various kinds of chutney (coconut, tomato, tamarind, mint)

Low in Fat: Dosa is a healthy food because it contains very less saturated fat, which is a good thing as high saturated fat increases the risk of heart diseases. 6. Rich Source of Minerals: Dosa contains a rich source of several minerals like iron and calcium
