  • 900g Skinless Chicken
  • 3tsp Tomato Puree
  • 50g Garlic
  • 50g Ginger
  • 4-6 Green Chillies
  • 1tsp Turmeric
  • 100ml Plain yoghurt
  • 2tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1tsp Salt
  1. For the marinate, add spice mix, yogurt, Tomato puree, spices, garlic, ginger & green
  2. chillies together, then liquidize in a blender.
  3. Pour sauce mixture over the skinless chicken pieces, mix and leave to marinate for 4-6
  4. hours, or overnight in the fridge.
  5. Pre-heat oven on Gas mark 5, 190ºC (375ºF)
  6. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet ,then place all the chicken pieces on it.
  7. Place in the centre of the oven for 60—8o mins. Turn the chicken pieces every 20mins and
  8. discard the excess liquid. (Smaller pieces will cook faster and larger cuts will take longer)
  9. Serve the chicken on a bed of salad and with your choice of dip or sauce.
