Business Development Manager Post

We are looking for applicants from a variety of backgrounds that can help grow our charity. Applicants will likely have the following skills/experience: 

• Managing a variety of small projects, working with tight timescales and budgets, delivering value for money as well as a great user experience 
• Generating engagement through a range of social media platforms 
• Line management experience 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills – personable and engaging, ability to convey key messages and generate excitement
• Experience in generating diverse income sources. You’ll have a great imagination and be full of ideas

Given the nature of our work, we will require the successful candidate to work weekends and evenings on an occasional basis.

This is a full-time, fixed term (12 months) role with the possibility of extension (funding permitting) based in Carlisle
