What can the NHS do to support overseas employees thst move to Cumbria to fill the recruitment shortage?

Dr Nasibo Mwande is from Bagamoyo, Tanzania. He graduated from Istanbul in medicine and now is practicing at North Cumbria University Hospitals at Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle.

He moved to Cumbria 6 years ago and is a Specialty Doctor in the Accident & Emergency department at Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle.

Dr Mwande is the Vice Chairman of TUHEDA - Tanzania UK Healthcare Diaspora Association

He wants to be able share the valuable experience and knowledge amongst fellow medical experts across the continent and be able to exhale sufficient healthcare and practice.
