Lee is also the co-chair of the University’s LGBTQ+ Staff Network and recently founded a second staff network, DANN (Disability and Neuro-divergent Network). Lee’s role encompasses all of the university’s campuses and community, including acting as organisational lead on the Memorandum of Understanding in place with Multicultural Cumbria.
