Other countries have their coconut ball recipe, this is how we do it in Hungary: Recipe by: Name Cuisine: Hungary Serves: 6 Prep time: 30 mins Cooling time: 2 hrs Ingredients 500 grams of plain biscuits (I used Digestives). 100 gram of unsalted butter. 100 grams of icing sugar. 1 pack of vanilla sugar 2 table spoon of cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon of rumaroma (its a rum essence) I used normal dark Rum about 4 tablespoons. 200 ml of Milk 100 grams desiccated coconut flake to over the balls with at the end. Method Crush the digestives into crumbs (I use a food processor to get it perfectly crumbed). Mix the butter (room temperature) with the biscuit. -Mix the icing sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, rum aroma (or rum) and milk with the mix and mix them all together. Roll the mix into small balls with a wet hand, it helps with rolling them and then toss them in the coconut flake to cover them. Allow to chill for 2 hours in the fridge and they are good to go. ️
